1. Introduction

Welcome to Q&N Fashion Accessory Co., Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). We manufacture cosmetic bags and fashion accessories and provide OEM/ODM manufacturing services, including product development, sampling, bulk production, quality inspection, and shipment coordination.

By accessing our website or engaging in business with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors and users of the site, including browsers, customers, and business partners. By using our site and/or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Products & Customization Services

Accuracy of Representation
We aim to display product photos and colors as accurately as possible. However, display differences may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

OEM/ODM Projects
For custom orders, final specifications are based on the approved pre-production sample (PPS). Minor variations may occur due to normal manufacturing tolerances.

Modifications
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website or services at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment Terms

B2B & Wholesale Orders

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Deposit: 30% to commence production
• Balance: 70% before shipment
• Payment Methods: T/T (bank transfer), L/C for large orders, or other mutually agreed methods
• Currency: Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipment timelines vary based on order quantity, customization requirements, and destination. We can support shipment coordination based on the agreed trade terms.

FOB Terms (If Applicable)
Unless otherwise specified in writing, our standard term is FOB. Risk of loss transfers upon handover to the carrier per the agreed shipping term.

6. Intellectual Property

Our ODM Developments
Designs developed by our team remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Project-specific usage or exclusivity arrangements may be discussed and confirmed by written agreement.

Client OEM Designs
Designs, logos, and specifications provided by the client remain the client’s property. We will handle client-provided information and designs with confidentiality.

7. Quality Assurance & Claims

We follow a standardized quality inspection process during sampling and bulk production, including in-line checks and final inspection before shipment.

Claims
Any claims regarding quality or quantity discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 15 days of cargo receipt. Where defects are verified to be caused by our production, we will provide an appropriate solution such as repair, replacement, or refund (as agreed).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Q&N Fashion Accessory Co., Limited and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, or licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
